Be a Bystander at Bay to Breakers

This Sunday, experience San Francisco's finest: Bay to Breakers. Every year, the race is run by an unusual crowd of characters. There are the serious runners and athletes, the naked, the costumed and more! You have to see it to believe it.

This year, against strong community protest, the tradition lives on and drinking, nudity and floats WILL be allowed. If you haven't registered to run, at least head down to the city and watch.
Be sure to look out for a special group of bananas and gorillas (Ashley and friends).

The race is 7.46 miles and begins at 8 a.m. the Embarcadero (Bay) and ends at Hayes Street Hill (the Breakers). For a detailed map of the race course, click here. This is a "Leave no trace" event so please pick up after yourselves!
